I liked the verrrrrry clean room, the furniture, the smily, helpfull staff, they have verrrrrry fast dry clean service at the hotel, the hotel is 15 min faraway from cairo festival city mall, all of all the service & staff were really amazing & highly recomended

Hotel is located in good location where you can reach all the places in Cairo easly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is recommended place for families as their are alot of activities where kids can enjoy their stay.i had enjoyed my stay their and looking forward for my next trip

The lobby is modern and well-organized.The receptionists were cheerful, elegant, and respectable. I really can't emphasize enough on how they were respectful and professional at check-in. I utterly felt at home.The room "2004" was tranquil and spacious. It had all the amenities I needed such as: (high-speed broadband, minibar, etc.)The bathroom was spotlessly clean, towels were sanitized, heater, and it was equipped with a hair dryer.Practically, the hotel staff in general carried a bright smile disposition.I'm most definitely visiting them again. ;)
